BOULDER, Colo. – February 9, 2010 - Body Bar® Inc. a premier fitness company specializing in products and educational tools for fitness enthusiasts of all ages and abilities, announced that Gordon Brown, inventor of the Body Bar Flex™, Body Bar Flex Power™, and the Body Bar Flex Walking Bars™, will be presenting at the Southern District American Alliance of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (SDAAHPERD) in Myrtle Beach, SC to be held Feb 11-14, 2010.

Who: Gordon Brown, a composites specialist, developed the Body Bar Flex™, the Body Bar Flex Power™ and the BodyBar Flex Walking Bars™. Brown has licensed this patented method of exercise to Body Bar Inc. for development and distribution.

What: Power Walking using The Body Bar Flex™ Walking Bars
This training session will focus on the correct ways to hold the Body Bar Flex Walking Bars and various ways to strengthen and tone the muscles of one’s wrists, arms and upper body while walking. Attendees will learn how to create resistance greater than the one-pound weight of each bar while enhancing the cardio and muscle-development aspects of walking.
