Moving Comfort, industry leader in sports bras and fitness lifestyle apparel innovation, announced today the launch of their Yoga/Fitness Apparel Collection – Connect. Aptly named to suggest the connection between body and breath in the practice of yoga, Connect will be unveiled at Outdoor Retailer Winter Market, January 2009 and will be available to consumers, July 2009.

“The decision to enter the arena of yoga apparel was a natural evolution for the brand,” said Julie Baxter, Vice President of Moving Comfort. “With more and more women incorporating yoga into their fitness and healthy living regimes, Moving Comfort saw the need to offer apparel that works for yoga and can easily fit into an active lifestyle.”

For the inaugural line, Connect features the rich color palette of the fall season, taking inspiration from flowers, fruits and vegetables. The fabrics are high performance by construction while feeling luxurious on the body. As always, careful attention has been paid to fit, ensuring that the styles are flattering to a woman’s curves.

Highlights of the collection include:

Alexis Support Tank: inspired by Moving Comfort’s popular Alexis Bra.

• Seam free padded cups for support, shape and modesty
• Mesh strategically placed for comfort
