Quality Control Manager
JOB SCOPE:
As the Quality Control Manager at REI you will manage the people, processes and systems which control the quality of products sold at REI with particular attention paid to REI Gear and Apparel products and vendors. Quality Control includes all product inspection services as well as crafting, implementing and enforcing non-conformity action plans. You will be a conduit to vendors; informing and educating them of REI quality standards as well as specific, individual company performance to REI Expectations. You will also partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement proactive quality action plans.
