General Manager - Sales & Operations

Outpac Designs, Inc., makers of the Pacsafe® line of travel security products are seeking a Seattle based General Manager to run and build our US office and distribution. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to have a senior role with an innovative and global travel brand. We’re looking for an individual with whom we can build a solid team around. You will have at least 6 years experience in a National Sales Manager or General Manager position with demonstrated results, preferably with relevant industry experience. You will be responsible for an internal team and a national network of independent sales reps.

• Company Profitability 
• Sales Target Achievement 
• New Business Development 
• Annual Sales & Marketing Plan 

Responsibilities: 
• Retailer / Account Management 
• Sales Strategy Development & Implementation 
• Sales Rep Management 
• New Business Development 
• Forecasting / Inventory Management 
• Trade Show Management & Attendance 
• Marketing & PR Management 
• Office / Staff Management  - Accounting & Customer Service Management
• Third Party Warehouse / Fulfillment Communication and Management
• Monthly Reporting to Hong Kong Headquarters

• Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills 
• Proven Successful Sales Management Experience with Large US Retailers 
• Strong Leadership / Team Management Skills 
• Marketing Experience 
• Industry Experience & Contacts
