SNEWS® Live: Across the nation, the price of gas is over $4 a gallon. As consumers struggle to pay high fuel prices, outdoor retailers are likely wondering how the steady rise will affect their bottom line. Will outdoor enthusiasts cut down on their trips into the wilderness?

We spoke to several consumers and a few retailers to discuss how they plan to beat the high price of fuel and still enjoy their time outside.
