Regional Account Representative - Petzl America
Petzl America, winner of Outside Magazine’s 2008 TOP 5 Best Places to Work and recipient of the 2006 Utah Work/Life award, has an opening for an in-house Customer Sales & Support representative. The positon is based out of Petzl America's Clearfield headquarters, located 25 miles north of Salt Lake City.
Our CS&S team is regionally divided along the same territory lines as our outside sales force, with each CS&S rep responsible for phone/fax/email support to the dealers and sales reps in their designated region. Responsibilities include order management, dispensing product information, technical assistance, delivery checks, warranty returns and sales support.
The job is fast-paced and varied, although predominantly computer and phone-based. CSS reps act as first point of contact for all customer inquiries, coordinating with credit, warehouse, IT, sales managers and outside sales reps to meet customer needs and quickly resolve account issues.
