Job Title: Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative
Company: Diamondback Fitness - Kent, WA (South end Seattle)
Reports To: National Sales Manager
Summary:
This is a dynamic sales/customer service role. The candidate will operate in a dual capacity. A truly proactive sales function with ownership of assigned customer base and provide inbound call/customer service for all Diamondback Independent Fitness dealers. This role also will perform sales support to the National Sales Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned
* Sales and support for Diamondback Independent Fitness customers
* Support the National Sales Manager's work in the field
* Effectively sell the company's programs and policy
* Increase product placement and grow top line sales
* Work effectively with accounts to reach and exceed company goals
* Outstanding phone communication skills necessary
* Establish and maintain high quality relationships with customers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
* Must possess organizational and follow-up skills
* Manage assigned account base
* Prospecting ability, establish and maintain a consistent call schedule
* Provide monthly forecasts and relay critical information from the field
* Commitment to being a professional sales person and strong follow-up ability
* Believe in going above and beyond for customers
* Creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial drive for success
* Goal oriented and self-motivating
Knowledge/Education:
Understanding of the fitness industry and possess knowledge of fitness equipment, high school diploma, and two years retail sales and/or customer service experience.
