This edition of SNEWS® Live is brought to you by Patagonia
SNEWS® Live:  The American Alpine Club Library in Golden, Colo., aims to preserve the stories of the great events in climbing history. With the help of AAC members, the library is embarking upon an ambitious project to record and archive the voices of those who were there to experience them. To go along with the maps, photographs, books and other documents, as well as the physical artifacts now on display at the new Bradford Washburn American Mountaineering Museum next door, these audio files will stand as a permanent record of past events. Offering an intimate and nuanced view of history, these recordings promise to be a compelling resource to those eager to explore the cultural heritage of the mountaineering community.

SNEWS® Live was there to make its own recording and discover the purpose behind this exciting new project.
